KICKING RASH WITH BOUDREAUX'S BUTT PASTE

I have partnered with Life of Dad & Boudreaux's Butt Paste® for this campaign, but opinions are my own.

Running is one of my favorite ways to spend time outdoors getting exercise during the summer months.  Before going out to do laps at the track, jaunt across town, or engage in a cross-country trek at a local park or nature trail, make sure to take some basic running necessities with you.  Properly fitted running shoes, a nice pair of shades, water to stay hydrated, and a playlist of my favorite tunes are all must haves when I go out running. Boudreaux's Butt Paste® is also essential to use before a run.

Hot, humid summer time weather combined with sweat and the friction of clothing rubbing against your skin while you run can create very uncomfortable and painful chafing and rashes involving some sensitive locations on your body.  To avoid waddling around like a penguin because of the pain caused from chafing, I avoid the problem by rubbing Butt Paste® on some strategic locations before going for a run.  It always works like a charm!

I discovered this antidote to chafing when I was running a 5K race while my twins were still babies and the event organizers placed a tube of Butt Paste® in each participant's goody bag.  Instantly recognizing the product since we had a bunch of it at home to prevent diaper rash for the kids, I asked other runners why it was being given out to adults at a race.  They all swore by Butt Paste® saying if you don't want to be in pain from chafing caused by running in the summer heat rub some of this on before you take off across the starting line.

Parents like myself trust Butt Paste® to soothe babies' bums because it starts healing soreness on contact and provides a thick barrier of protection against rashes.  Free of dyes, parabens, preservatives, phthalates, and tale this pediatrician recommended product is a fast-acting, safe solution to diaper rash that should be a staple of every child's nursery.  It is nice that a product parents stock up on for keeping babies comfortable also has a valuable personal use for moms and dads too.

Whether you are outside chasing your kids around all day or running a 26.2 mile marathon, Butt Paste® is great for helping adults avoid chafing and rashes when they are out and about during the summer.  Since Butt Paste® is designed specifically for healing a baby's skin without containing any harsh ingredients it is absolutely fine for placing on your own sensitive areas.  When my kids were babies you'd always find plenty of Butt Paste® in our medicine cabinet and by the diaper changing stand.  Now you'll always find a tube in my gym bag.

Boudreaux's now has a Maximum Strength Butt Paste® Jar (with flip top cap) with 40% zinc oxide -- that is over two times the rash fighting ingredient of the Original Forumla -- providing the thickest formula compared to other brands with similar creams.  Maximum Strength Butt Paste® was created for healing irritating and stubborn diaper rashes that are rough for both parents and baby.  This variety of Butt Paste® also can be used by parents to soothe and heal rashes they've developed from runners chafing.  Visit buttpaste.com to look over the different varieties of @ButtPaste available to help your family in #kickingrash.

Butt Paste® is available at a variety of retailers including Amazon.com, Diapers.com, BABIES R US, CVS Pharmacies, Kroger, Rite Aid, Target, Walgreens and Walmart.  Follow Boudreaux's Butt Paste® on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for product updates plus other useful parenting tips and  useful information.  Whether it is starting off in life as a baby or taking off from a starting line in a race, Boudreaux's Butt Paste® is there to make life more comfortable.
