SPECIAL IMAX FAN EVENT FOR LIVE ACTION MOANA MOVIE

On Thursday, July 9th, in celebration of opening day, movie fans can be among the first to see the new live-action reimagining of Disney's 2016 "Moana" animated film in IMAX by attending the "Moana IMAX Fan Event", beginning at 6PM local time at participating IMAX theatres nationwide. Ticketholders attending this event will receive an exclusive Heart Of Te Fiti Bag Charm, while supplies last.

In 2026's “Moana,” Disney’s live-action reimagining of the beloved Oscar®-nominated animated adventure, Moana (Catherine Lagaʻaia) answers the Ocean’s call and, for the first time, voyages beyond the reef of her island of Motunui with the infamous demigod Maui (Dwayne Johnson) on an unforgettable journey to restore prosperity to her people.

The movie is rated PG by the Motion Picture Association and has a runtime of 115 minutes.
