On May the 4th, the Ultimate Star Wars holiday, Lucasfilm will host special look fan events for “Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu,” at select IMAX® theaters around the world. Each event will showcase more than 25 minutes of exclusive, never-before-seen footage, special fan giveaways, including a brand-new, exclusive poster, and other fun surprises. The Mandalorian and Grogu embark on their most thrilling mission yet in Lucasfilm’s
“Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu,” an all-new Star Wars adventure opening exclusively in theaters May 22, 2026. The evil Empire has fallen, and Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy. As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin and his young apprentice Grogu.
The movie features a cast including Pedro Pascal, Sigourney Weaver and Jeremy Allen White and is directed by Jon Favreau. "Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu" is rated PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association.
