SUPER TV BINGE WATCHING

Warner Bros Home Entertainment provided ageekdaddy.com with free copies of the featured Blu-rays. Opinions expressed are my own.

Did you know there are a multitude of super shows on the CW Network featuring the heroes of the DC universe? The Flash, Supergirl and Batwoman bring their comic book style adventures to live action television series on this network that broadcasts over air, through cable TV and online streaming. Check out the DC multi-verse on The CW!

If you've missed episodes, I know it isn't fun to jump in mid-stream. That is why I like to binge watch seasons when they come out on Blu-ray and DVD. Here are three great DC super hero shows that have just had their most recent season released for home entertainment video libraries:

SUPERGIRL -- SEASON FIVE

The adventures of Super Man's cousin Kara Zor-El. Keeping her powers a secret on Earth, she decides to finally embrace her superhuman abilities and be the hero she was always meant to be. It's a bird, it's a plane ... no it is Supergirl!

THE FLASH -- SEASON SIX

After being struck by lightning, Barry Allen wakes up from his coma to discover he now has the power of super speed. Becoming a superhero called The Flash he fights crime with the help of his tech whiz friends at S.T.A.R labs.
BATWOMAN -- SEASON ONE

Three years ago billionaire philanthropist Bruce Wayne, and his vigilante alter-ego, Batman, disappeared. Now his cousin Kate Kane sets out to overcome her own demons and become a symbol of hope by protecting the streets of Gotham City as Batwoman.

Catch up on these episodes so you can jump right in when the next season of adventures begin airing later this year on The CW. Or if you saw the shows when they originally aired enjoy them again! These shows are super to watch over and over again.

THE FLASH SEASON 6

WARNER BROS HOME ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDED ME WITH A FREE COPY OF THE BLU-RAY FEATURED IN THIS POST. OPINIONS I SHARE ARE MY OWN.

I really enjoy the CW Network's television show based upon DC Comic's The Flash. Unfortunately, I always miss a few episodes while they are originally airing then stop watching because I've fallen behind on the storyline. So I look forward to when a season becomes available on Blu-ray or DVD so I can binge watch all the episodes in order on my own schedule.

The sixth season of THE FLASH is now out on DVD and Blu-ray. Pick it up from Best Buy using a Geek Daddy affiliate post and this dad blogger will receive a small commission at no additional expense to you. THE FLASH: THE COMPLETE SIXTH SEASON includes all 19 one hour episodes that originally aired on The CW Network along with a special episode "Kiss Kiss Breach Breach - Noir." Also included with the home entertainment release is the Best of DC TV'S Comic-Con Panels San Diego 2019, deleted scenes from the season 6 episodes, and a gag reel. The Blu-ray also includes a bonus disc with all five Arrowverse cross-over episodes for the Crisis on Infinite Earths television event.

Last season, Team Flash spent the year dealing with not one but two Cicadas, the return of Eobard Thawne (aka Reverse Flash) and the surprise arrival from the future of Barry and Iris' daughter, Nora West-Allen (aka XS). The stakes were higher than ever during the season five finale. In season six, Team Flash contends with not one, but two all-new villains -- Bloodwork and Mirror Master!
