Teeth grinding is something that can happen whether you’re alive or asleep. If it happens at night, then you might wake up with an extremely painful or sensitive mouth, and there may even be a loss of teeth and fillings.

It can start to wear down your teeth, cause pain in your jaw, and even trigger earaches if it’s severe.

CROOKED TEETH

Crooked teeth are usually associated with embarrassing smiles, but they can actually cause a number of teeth and jaw-related issues as well. For example, crooked teeth may cause your bite to be a little off, causing you to feel pain whenever you chew something. If this sounds familiar to you, then you may want to consider looking for teeth straightening option such as clear aligners. These work similarly to regular braces, but they can be conveniently taken off when you don't want them to be visible, or when you want to eat food.

Invisible braces are just one of the many options you have when you want to deal with crooked teeth. Plenty of people see crooked teeth and don’t really do much about it, but straightening them can come with many advantages. Whether you’re looking for a better smile or to deal with a misaligned bite, it’s important to consider this as a tooth-related problem that you shouldn’t ignore.

SENSITIVITY IN TEETH

If you feel that your teeth are sensitive whenever you eat or drink something hot or cold, then it could be the result of worn tooth enamel or even exposed tooth roots. Both of these situations can create a lot of discomfort, so it’s important to fix them as soon as possible so that they don’t get worse.

Chipped teeth, worn fillings, and even gum disease can also be root causes of tooth sensitivity. If you think that this may be the case for you, then speaking to a dentist as quickly as possible can help you sort out those sensitivity issues so you can once again eat and drink without concern.
