BROADWAY IN DETROIT 2025-2026 SHOW SCHEDULE
Do you enjoy live stage shows? If so, you'll be delighted to see the lineup of shows coming to the Detroit Opera House and Fisher Theatre for the 2025-2026 Broadway in Detroit season. It kicks off with Beauty and the Beast on October 1, 2025 and wraps up with Hamilton running from April 28 - May 17, 2026. There is a lot to be thrilled about when it comes to Broadway-style theatrical presentations coming to Detroit!

Disney’s BEAUTY AND THE BEAST | Fisher Theatre | October 1 – 12

BACK TO THE FUTURE: THE MUSICAL | Detroit Opera House | October 28 – November 9
Great Scott! Back to the Future, the beloved, cinematic classic is now a Broadway musical with its destination set for Detroit. When Marty McFly finds himself transported back to 1955 in a time machine built by the eccentric scientist Doc Brown, he accidentally changes the course of history. Now he’s in a race against time to fix the present, escape the past, and send himself... back to the future. Winner of the 2022 Olivier Award for Best New Musical, when Back to the Future hits 88mph, it’ll change musical theater history forever.

Tony Award®–winning musical comedy about an unlikely hero, a lovable con man, and an a-maize-ing battle for the heart & soil of Cob County. THE OUTSIDERS | Fisher Theatre | March 3 – 15
The winner of the 2024 Tony Award® for Best Musical is THE OUTSIDERS. This classic coming-of-age story takes you to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1967, where Ponyboy Curtis, his best friend Johnny Cade, and their family of Greaser “outsiders” dream about who they want to become in a world that will never accept them. THE OUTSIDERS features Danya Taymor’s Tony Award winning direction and a “soul-bearing and tuneful” (New York Stage Review) original score. HAMILTON | Fisher Theatre | April 28 – May 17
HAMILTON is the epic saga that follows the rise of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton as he fights for honor, love, and a legacy that would shape the course of a nation. Based on Ron Chernow’s acclaimed biography and set to a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and Broadway, HAMILTON has had a profound impact on culture, politics, and education. HAMILTON features book, music, and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire.
