Jim Henson's LABYRINTH is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a 4K remaster of the film that is being shown at select movie theaters January 8 - 11, 2026. Labyrinth: 40th Anniversary in addition to the screening of the movie in 4K will include a special featurette celebrating the fans of Labyrinth, filmed on location at the UK’s recent “Labyrinth Experience & Masked Ball,” presented by Thames Con in association with The Jim Henson Company. Nearly 30 years after the original arcade release, the RAIDEN FIGHTERS video game series is now set to make an epic return on modern consoles, thanks to the ongoing push to make it happen from a devoted fanbase. H2 Interactive will release the 2D shooting games originally developed by ‘MOSS Co., Ltd.’ in a collection called "Raiden Fighters Remix Collection for PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch on February 26th, 2026. HUTAN plays over 9 rounds - and all players will have two turns each round. On your turn, you take a flower card from the shared market pool and place the flowers into your rainforest. If you place a flower on top of a matching flower, you grow a tree. When an area is filled with trees, the last tree is replaced by an animal. At the end of the game, the player who grew the best rainforest and attracted the most animals will score the most points and win.

In 2019 Nickelodeon broadcast a mini-series “Are You Afraid of the Dark?” tale introducing a group of TMS kids who find that one of the scary stories told around a campfire begins to become true. A second mini-series was broadcast in 2021 and followed a new group of Midnight Society kids, who learn of a terrifying curse cast over their small town and are haunted by a mysterious creature. The third chapter, Are You Afraid of the Dark? Ghost Island, was shown in 2022 on the cable tv network and features another TMS group as they go on vacation on a resort island becoming entangled in the sinister haunting of a hotel's guests.
