Warner Bros. Home Entertainment provided me with a free Teen Titans Go! vs Teen Titans movie

One of my kids favorite movies we went to see in a theater last year was TEEN TITANS GO TO THE MOVIES. That film ended with a tease that the Teen Titans Go characters in the movie might be in a sequel featuring the team from another Teen Titans animated television series. That sequel became a reality this year with the straight to home video release of TEEN TITANS GO! VS TEEN TITANS from Warner Bros. Animation.

This animated movie pairs together the DC Comics characters from the currently airing Teen Titans Go! television series on Cartoon Network with their similar counterparts from a Teen Titans show that ran from 2003 - 2006. This is an epic combination that not only pairs up characters from these two animated television shows but throws together a whole cartoon multi-verse of Teen Titans! My kids were geeked to see TEEN TITANS GO VS TEEN TITANS for a family movie night!

In TEEN TITANS GO! VS TEEN TITANS, the goofy modern-day quintet takes on their more serious 2003 crime fighting counterparts when villains from each of their worlds join forces to pit the two Titan teams against each other. They’ll need to set aside their differences and work together to combat Trigon, Hexagon, Santa Claus (that’s right, Santa!) and time itself in order to save the universe. My son and daughter were laughing as well as jumping up and down cheering on the heroes throughout the movie. They had a whole lot of fun watching TEEN TITANS GO! VS TEEN TITANS which is available now to view on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital!



Fans of these two television series will appreciate the TEEN TITANS GO! VS TEEN TITANS movie features the same multi-series voice talent that have portrayed these characters for 17 years: Greg Cipes (The Middle, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) as Beast Boy, Scott Menville (LEGO DC: Batman – Family Matters) as Robin, Khary Payton (The Walking Dead) as Cyborg, Tara Strong (Batman: The Animated Series, My Little Pony, Unikitty!) as Raven, and Hynden Walch (Adventure Time, Groundhog Day) as Starfire. Teen Titans GO! to the Movies

After trick-or-treating on Halloween it was time to have some fun watching one of my kids' favorite summer movies which just came out on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital … Teen Titans GO! to the Movies.  With a bunch of candy on hand to snack on the twins were hyped up to see this movie again which seemed only fitting as this animated feature film is a high energy adventure filled with tongue-in-cheek comedy and musical numbers that had my son and daughter laughing and singing throughout the show. While rated PG for action sequences (superhero fight scenes) and rude humor (fart jokes), Teen Titans GO! to the Movies' content really is kid-appropriate and parents will find it a great selection to watch for family movie nights along with their children.

It seems like all the superheroes are getting their own movies -- everyone but the Teen Titans that is!  Determined to be a star, Robin (voiced by Scott Menville / TV's "Spider-Man") vows to change this. If only their team of supehero sidekicks could get Hollywood director Jade Wilson (Kristen Bell / "Frozen") to notice them. With a few madcap ideas along with some musical performances, the Teen Titans head to Tinsel Town. But when Supervillain Slade (Will Arnett / The LEGO Movie) messes with their plans, Robin along with teammates Beast Boy (Greg Cipes / TV's "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles"), Cyborg (Khary Payton / TV's "The Walking Dead"), Raven (Tara Strong / "My Little Pony" franchise) and Starfire (Hynden Walch / TV's "Adventue Time with Finn & Jake) will have to become true superheroes to save the world!

My kids favorite superheroes from Cartoon Network have joined in on the LEGO DIMENSIONS video game fun.  With the Teen Titans Go! Team Pack and Fun Pack players can incorporate characters from the popular animated television series into their LEGO DIMENSIONSs video game experience.  Now Beast Boy, Raven and Star Fire can come to the rescue of the LEGO multiverse!

Teen Titans Go! Team Pack

This expansion pack includes LEGO mini figures of Beast Boy and Raven that can be played with in real life as well as in the LEGO DIMENSIONS virtual world.  The mysterious Raven can fight the forces of evil using magical bolts of fire and electricity as well as by moving objects with telekinesis.  She can also transform into a miniature Soul Self to access remote places or cast Raven's Portal to teleport to otherwise unreachable locations.  Beast Boy also knows no limits to where he can go with his own transformation powers that allow him to fly through the sky as a bird, dive underwater as a shark, or get through tight spaces as a mouse.  Beast Boy and Raven make a formidable duo!

The Teen Titans Go! Team Pack also includes a buildable LEGO brick T-Car for Beast Boy to cruise around in and a Spellbook of Azarath that Raven can take flight upon.  Both of these are 3-in-1 models that can also be transformed into a variety of other things.  T-Car can be flipped into a Forklift or T-Plane as well while the Spellbook of Azarath can also be turned into Raven Wings and the Giant Hand.  These Teen Titans have some incredible accessories to supplement their amazing super powers.  Villains beware!

Build her Titan Robot out of LEGO bricks to provide Starfire with a dependable ally that can be counted on to help her save the day in any situation.  Titan Robot is a 3-in-1 model which both physically and virtually be transformed into different configurations.  Titan Robot can also become the T-Rocket or Robot Retriever to provide even more supercharged assistance to the Teen Titans.

Purchasing either the Teen Titans Go! Fun or Team Packs unlocks an exclusive episode of the animated Cartoon Network television show which tells the story of how the teenage super heroes stumble upon the LEGO multiverse and the adventures that follow.  Both expansion packs also provide access to a Teen Titans Go! Adventure World where players can explore settings from the television show including Jump City, Titans Tower and Wacka Doodles Amusement Park as well as an all-new Battle Arena where up to four people can go up against one another in a variety of competitions.

My kids have been thrilled that some of their favorite super hero characters are on LEGO DIMENSIONS now!  They've been having a lot of fun incorporating Sunfire, Raven and Beast Boy into their LEGO DIMENSIONS game play.  Plus the twins have been having a blast exploring the new Adventure World included with these expansion packs.  These are a great addition to LEGO DIMENSIONS.  Go get Teen Titans!

My kids are big fans of Cartoon Networks' Teen Titans Go! animated television series because they can easily relate to these youthful characters  The show portrays DC Comics superheroes such as Beast Boy, Cyborg, Raven, Robin, and Starfire as kids that take on a variety of challenges as the Teen Titans.  Children, like my own son and daughter, are sure to be delighted when the Teen Titans join LEGO Dimensions on September 12, 2017 as two of the video game's upcoming Wave 9 expansion packs.



The Teen Titans Go! Team Pack includes LEGO minifigures of the DC Super Hero team Raven and Beast Boy.  It also features the 3-in-1 T-Car which can also be rebuilt into a forklift and plane.  Players can also transform the Spellbook of Azarath into Raven Wings and the Giant Hand to either take flight or dig through the earth for adventures in the sky as well as under the ground.

The Teen Titans Go! Fun Pack includes a Starfire LEGO minifigure.  Players can unleash her special abilities to battle enemies and solve puzzles.  Players can also build the 3-in-1 Titan Robot for a roller-coaster fun-filled adventure and then rebuild it into a rocket or robot retriever for more supercharged adventures with the rest of the Titans gang.
